Garden Farm Stands

STARs(Students Transitioning to Adult Responsibilities) were in charge of two farm stands at our Lodi Campus during our Summer Extended School Year, and they were both an awesome success. Students picked basil, parsley, kale, mixed lettuce, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, and zucchini, and then sold the produce to faculty and staff of the SBJC. 

All proceeds made from the farm stands go right back into the Garden Program. These two vegetable sales brought in seventy dollars that will be used to purchase seeds and materials for our upcoming seasons.

A big thank you to all staff who helped and supported the program! We will keep you posted regarding our next harvest.
