WorkShop Opens September

Our STARSs (Students Transitioning to Adult Responsibilities) and STEAM Program are joining together for our latest venture: the WorkShop. Students preparing for post-secondary life will get the opportunity to learn job skills while providing services for their peers throughout Southern Bergen county. The program is the first of its kind and is intended to: (a) enhance SBJC students abilities to participate in work that mimics twenty-first century jobs; and (b) enhance the SBJC STEAM program’s ability to make itself accessible to the technological needs of schools that are members of the South Bergen Jointure Commission.
