In accordance with L. 2025, c.72 and guidance issued by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services, the South Bergen Jointure Commission (SBJC) publishes all required public legal notices on this webpage.

Legal notices include resolutions, public hearing notices, bid advertisements, budget notices, audit summaries, and other official announcements required by law. The complete text of each notice is available below and is provided free of charge.

Notices will remain posted for the time period required by statute. Archived legal notices are available for public reference following the conclusion of their required posting period.
